The textile is "papier," woven from high-density cotton. The cotton fabric has been processed to create a unique texture with a paper-like stiffness. When you crumple the fabric, the shape remains, giving it a rich appearance. Due to this characteristic, it's also lovely to wear it roughly, with wrinkles. The wrinkles can be smoothed out by hand, returning the garment to a flat state, making it ideal for travel. This is a plain coat with elastic gathering at the cuffs. It's lightweight and comfortable, perfect for the changing seasons.
