This is a Levi's 501 navy bar-tack denim made in August 1981 at the San Jose factory (558) in California, USA. This is an early model where the red ear has disappeared, with navy thread bar tacks on the back pockets and a single-stitch inseam. The hem is chain-stitched. It's an 80s model with "CARE~" printed above the paper patch 501. It's also a golden size W33. Vintage denim of this era is becoming increasingly rare, so if you're looking for vintage denim you can wear casually, don't miss out! The condition has been repaired at the inseam and hem.
