Electronic Manga School: Rockman X3 Buster Battle Special Set

This allows you to create your own original Rockman with a touch pen and make them battle, as well as create your own animations.
It comes with one piece of hardware and two types of software, one for the game and one for the manga.

I believe all the accessories are included, but there may be oversights, so please make your judgment based on the images.
I bought it used and stored it in a warehouse for many years without using it.
I don't have batteries on hand, so I haven't confirmed its operation.
The outer box has signs of aging.

You can combine enemy bosses and Rockman parts to customize them like Medarot, or draw original buster parts and project them into the game.
