-Main body of dress is two layers of fabric, sleeves are one layer semi-sheer (may desire a slip or undergarment)
-Matching tie belt
-Can also be worn without belt for a different look
Vintage condition, some blemishes..easily repairable or wearable as is:
-Overall beading and sequin are present on dress and belt, may have a few missing or loose (common for this type of piece)
-Looks to have had shoulder pads removed and placed back in. Velcro on each side pinned with a safety pin. Can be removed or sewn in if desired.
-Small portion of the seam on belt opened, can be sewn or worn as is (not very noticeable imo)
