Frieren: Beyond Journey's End is a Japanese manga series written by Kanehito Yamada and illustrated by Tsukasa Abe. It has been serialized in Weekly Shonen Sunday (Shogakukan) since the combined issue of 22/23 in 2020.

Season 1 was broadcast in two consecutive cours on Nippon TV and other networks. The first episode (episodes 1-4) was broadcast as a two-hour special, "Departure Arc," on the "Friday Roadshow" slot on September 29, 2023. Episodes 5 and later were broadcast from October to March 2024 on the new anime slot "FRIDAY ANIME NIGHT" and other networks.
