This is a white Veritecoeur gathered-waist dress.
I purchased it several years ago and have kept it carefully in my closet, unused, for a long time.

The dress has a generous amount of gathering at the waist, creating volume while still being lightweight and comfortable to wear.
The crisp, slightly stiff white fabric feels cool. It can be worn alone in the summer or layered with a dress or knitwear in the fall and winter. This is a dress you can enjoy coordinating throughout the seasons.
