Johnmung Denim Jacket
One wash
The double stitching on the collar is reminiscent of old workwear. The leather patch placed slightly lower is also an accent.
The evenly spaced pockets use fabric horizontally, which becomes noticeable when faded. Selvage is used at the pocket openings.
The slightly deeper front drop is a specification often seen up to the WW2 era. This is also a characteristic of the era when cowboys wore bandanas and scarves.
Original buttons with the year 1827, the year John Manjiro was born, are used.
Copper rivets are used; although brass was used in the 1980s, this also leaves a sense of weight.
The hem band has a triple name of "Jeans Factory," "Hiroshi Fujiwara," and "Warehouse."
The upper and lower parts of the front placket and the band section follow the manufacturing specifications of Montgomery Ward's 101, so there are three stitches and an overlock on the fold.
T-back specification, and the buckle back, which usually disappeared in the 80s, still exists. The cuffs of the hand openings also have three stitches, the same as the front placket and band.
A Barrack bag (drawstring bag) is included. An illustration based on a portrait of John Manjiro in Western clothing, arranged in a version wearing Johnmung denim, is on both sides. The words "Jeans Factory" are included.
