Uncut Vintage Simplicity 8412 Mini-Coat Skirt and Pants Sewing Pattern Size 12

Pattern and instructions:

The lined, top-stitched, double-breasted, mini-length coat with princess seaming, notched collar, long set-in sleeves and pockets concealed in side front seams fastens on inside with ribbon tie ends. Coat may be fastened on outside with self tie ends, loops and buttons or with buttons and buttonholes. The skirt and the pants have side zipper and waistband. The skirt, pants, and the coat with buttons and buttonholes may be worn with a purchased belt.
