Brushed gold plate with pave set rhinestone crystals in the 2 humps. One solitary green eye. This one measures 2" wide and 1 3/4" tall. Kind of heavy - won't wear well on a silk blouse but great on a jacket or blazer. Mint condition - never worn - vintage stock.
