Brand new in package!! This awesome skirt is mislabeled, please take that into consideration when buying!
The tags say that it's a 2X but I assure you it is NOT. Upon measuring, the skirt is about 16in flat, making it suitable for up to a 32in waist. According to Hot Topics size chart, that makes it a Juniors medium to large - I have included a picture of their size chart.
(After some customer service, I did receive the right size, and when you put them side by side the difference is immediate)
This skirt has no stretch at all, seriously, zero. That said it's made well, the print is super cute, has nice lace, and cute buttons. You could totally wear it for lolita.
