These are vintage Mattel Heart Family toddler twin baby dolls from around 1976.
They were part of the Barbie universe, as the Heart Family were friends of Barbie and her family. Each doll is approximately 4 to 4.5 inches tall. They feature jointed arms and legs. Very good condition with original vintage clothes. 1 of them has no clothes. The 2 brown haired ones have had their hair washed and brushed. The blonde one is going to need her hair brushed. The brown haired girl has highlighted hair which is very unique and sought after. The boy is not missing hair it just needs styled.
