Vintage handmade dress from the 70s is
taupe/gray with pink, blue, and white flowers. Puffed sleeves are elbow length and have elastic. Back zipper is metal. No size or fabric tags as it is a homemade dress. I cannot identify the fabric but it is lightweight.
Please see measurements in photos for accurate sizing. Bottom hem has some gapping, as shown in photo. This is not visible on the outside of the dress.
