Relive the charm of mid-century Japan with this unique Sayonara Scroll Kokeshi Doll. This vintage 1960s-70s piece features a hand-painted wooden head and a lovely fabric kimono.
The Scroll: Tucked inside the body is a retractable paper scroll, traditionally used for farewell messages or signatures.
Condition: Good preowned vintage condition. Please note there is a small stain on the front of the scroll (see photos). The wood and fabric are otherwise well-preserved with a beautiful natural patina.
Details: Handmade in Japan. Features a serene expression and a gold cord tie.
