A small defect in the shoulder strap that I have already tried to get out.
I bought it, tossed the tags before seeing the spot, bc I tossed the tags i couldn’t do a return. Our tj maxx is new but we’ve noticed the bags end up having a small spot on them for some reason. I’ve bought 3 bags and they all came with something, not going there again.
