Beautiful piece made by a company in RI called Star Creations - long retired - it has an elegant matted gold plate. Each diamond cut was handcrafted. There's a crystal in the center of each flower and 4 tiny ones in the leaves of each. This piece measures 4" long. They simply don't make these kinds of pieces anymore. Last one I have - mint condition - never worn. Age - early 90's beautiful condition - RARE
