Vintage secretary's dress shirtdress features button front bodice with micro pleats. All buttons (faux) are covered in matching fabric. Mandarin style collar with v neck. Elbow length balloon sleeves, elasticized cuffs. Elastic waist, full skirt that features slightly larger pleats. Thread loops on waist if you wish to add a belt.
