Hair is a little crunchy from gel that comes in the hair from manufacturing. There was some knotting as well that was combed out. Socks are also a little slouchy. May need to be washed. Also some of the pieces in the pom poms look folded. Don't know if they're supposed to be like that or not. Other than that, doll is in great condition. Please review all photos carefully. Sold as is.
