This is a Mitsubishi Pencil Select 3 multi-color ballpoint pen. It's a discontinued pendulum-type ballpoint pen.
I bought it at a store several years ago and haven't used it much since.
There are no noticeable scratches on the exterior, but it's old, so there is some slight peeling of the sticker and small stains.
The pendulum function works without any problems.
The ink is not included. D-type (D1/4C) refills can be used.
I will wrap it in cushioning material for shipping.
