Vintage SLEEK MINIMALIST Panasonic FM/AM Radio RF-728 w/Barrel Dial Tuning

Collectors Alert! Whether it’s the simply elegant layout or the minimalist approach to keeping the front of the radio looking clean, this radio just looks good! It’s got a tough plastic case with chrome accenting on the sides and chrome lines running across the metal speaker grate. Those groovy barrel dials in the upper right corner control the tuning and the on/off and volume.

Other than that, the only other functioning button is the “light” button on the left under the tuning band. And that shines nice and bright. Around back you’ll find slider switches for FM or AM band, low or high tone, and AFC or Automatic Frequency Control, which basically helps to tune in a station better than just manual tuning. Also, you’ll see the AC plug adapter in the lower right. And, yes, this radio has the original AC cord, which is almost always missing!

On the bottom, you’ll find the battery compartment. FM works very good; AM just isn’t pulling stations. Earpiece included. Measures 8 x 5 x 2.
