Embrace your vintage side with this incredible shirt dress. From what I can find, this dress style was made in the 1970's & 80's. It is in excellent condition. Elastic waist that would be super cute with a wide belt added.
The shoulder pads are gone but there is velcro at the shoulders if you want to replace them.
