Approximately 35 years old.
Although there is no "JAPAN" marking, the large house is made in Japan, so I believe these stairs are also made in Japan.
I am selling only the stairs from the early Sylvanian Families Forest Home.
The house is on display, so it is not for sale.
The stairs are very elaborately made, with delicate railings.
Stamped 1990.
Approximately 35 years old.
These stairs have a focus on detail.
They are very similar to the stairs from the Urban Life era that I sold the other day.
The color of these is more brown, giving them a chic look.
The stairs are in very good condition, I think.
The slight haziness is present from the beginning.
I will not sell to those who are overly concerned about minor details.
I don't think many people are selling this item on Mercari right now.
I couldn't find any.
The price is high considering its rarity.
