Very cool late 1970's early 80's button down blouse by Hal Ferman. It's in like new, never worn condition. 100% polyester. Machine wash. The most interesting detail is the perma pleated body, front and back, with the diamond shapes. The sleeves, collar and trim are smooth (not pleated). The color is a dark navy, almost black with bouquets of colorful flowers. Fabric covered buttons. Marked size 14, today 8 or M. Please use measurements to insure a good fit. It measures 22" L. 16" across the top of the shoulders. 22" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam unstretched it's 18 1/2" across under the arms, 18" at the waist, 18 1/2" at the hem. The only signs of age is to the tags. The size tag is very faded. I ship same or next business day.
