Vintage Pleated Bodice Secretary Dress
3/4" button sleeved w/elastic at waist~ probably originally had a matching belt. Sleeves are gathered at the shoulder, w/front and back bust/bodice being pleated right below the collar bone w/a netting lining. Keyhole opening w/string tie in front. Slightly full or wide A shaped skirt and knee length.

FIBER CONTENT: appears to be polyester or poly blend tight knit
