Vintage Handmade Guatemalan Clerical Stole Green 82” in Length
Long tradition of these handmade stoles in Guatemala. Each can take 15 hours to make.
Traditionally these Guatemalan clerical stoles correspond to the liturgical seasons and are decorated with symbols of shafts of wheat, bread, fish, chalices and the cross.
This stole does show a patch of discoloration on one side (see last few photos), but can be turned to the other side, as these are double sided. Measures approximately 3.5” in width, 82” in length, 3.5” length for the fringes at the ends.
