This Lacor hand sausage is made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel. It has a double speed button (slow / fast) thanks to a two-speed bearing mechanism to allow you to quickly and effectively create different types of sausages such as sausages, butypharras, etc. Its large capacity of 7 litres makes this item ideal for butchers, restaurants and industrial kitchens. For ease of use, the hopper can be tilted to 90 degrees for filling, cleaning and dismantling, and the union nut allows you to quickly change the filling nozzles. Includes 4 stainless steel filling nozzles: Ø38 mm, Ø32 mm, Ø22 mm and Ø16 mm. It has a two-year warranty.
